Theresia joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2019. Theresia graduated from the Faculty of Law of Padjadjaran University in 2019, where she majored in economic law with a cum laude predicate. While finishing law school, she also participating in and winning some competitions such as debate, national moot court, legal opinion, writing, and constitutional drafting competition.
Theresia focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial matters, acquisitions, foreign and domestic capital investment, labor and employment, and capital market law. She also assists international and domestic clients in various business sectors
Related to general corporate & commercial, Theresia has been assisting and advising companies in the process of implementing share buybacks for public companies, obtaining licenses and commercial licenses, preparing legal research on anti-dumping practice in Indonesia; preparing circular resolution of the shareholders, Standard Operational Procedure, obtaining NIB, business license, commercial/operational license from OSS and related ministry or institutions, and also updating the company’s data to OSS System. While on employment and industrial relations, Theresia has also assisted numbers of multinational companies in preparing, reviewing, and registering the Collaborative Labour Agreement (PKB), Company Regulation (PP), and its compliance to prevailing Indonesian labor laws; Assisting and advising Online transportation Indonesia and its subsidiaries to register the Mutual Separation Agreement to Industrial Relation Court; and preparing an outsourcing audit, assisting, and conducting an outsourcing audit.
