Jovita joined NSMP in 2026 after graduating from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Civil Law. Her undergraduate thesis focused on unlawful act claims and breach of contract issues in the transportation sector. During her studies, she was awarded Outstanding Student in Non-Academic Competition in both 2024 and 2025, and received several awards in national legal writing competitions.

Prior to joining NSMP, Jovita gained practical experience through internships at several law firms, where she was involved in corporate and dispute resolution matters. Since joining NSMP, Jovita has been involved in a broad range of corporate and advisory matters, with particular focus on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law.

In M&A matters, Jovita has assisted an Indonesian medical device company and has also been involved in the acquisition of an Indonesian company engaged in renewable energy development. Her involvement included conducting legal due diligence and preparing transaction documents.

She has further assisted a Korean company in developing its waste management business in Indonesia, advising on regulatory and licensing requirements, commercial arrangements with customers and third-party vendors. Her general corporate experience also extends to reviewing commercial agreements and other corporate documentation.

On the employment side, Jovita has advised clients in the aviation and online recruitment industries, with her work covering the review of company regulations and providing legal opinion on employment-related requirements under Indonesian law.
