Anindita Syahrani joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners as an Associate in December 2025. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Boston University School of Law, where she specialized in International Business Transactions. Prior to joining NSMP, Anindita gained legal experience through internships and as a trainee associate at reputable Indonesian law firms, where she was involved in a range of corporate and commercial matters.
Anindita focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, energy and infrastructure, real estate, and general corporate matters. She regularly assists local and international clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, corporate restructurings, investments, and other strategic transactions across various industries.
Her mergers and acquisitions and corporate practice includes conducting legal due diligence, advising on transaction structures and corporate approvals, and preparing and reviewing acquisition, financing, and other transactional documents. She has also been involved in corporate reorganizations, changes in shareholding and management structures, as well as regulatory and licensing matters in Indonesia.
Anindita has particular experience in energy, infrastructure, and real estate transactions. Her energy and infrastructure experience includes advising on renewable energy projects, including hydropower and waste-to-energy projects, as well as matters relating to power purchase arrangements, project-related licensing, and regulatory requirements. Her real estate experience includes assisting with large-scale land acquisitions and development transactions for commercial and infrastructure projects, including matters relating to land title, zoning, environmental requirements, and other land-related regulatory matters.
In the capital markets sector, Anindita has been involved in equity capital markets transactions, including rights issues, as well as securitization transactions involving Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of Participation (EBA-SP). Her work includes conducting legal due diligence and assisting in the preparation and review of transaction and disclosure documents.
Anindita is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Anindita is fluent in English and Indonesian.
