Marbuhal Silitonga joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2022. He graduated from the University of Indonesia with a degree in law in 2017, majoring in Criminal Law. During his university studies, Marbuhal was an active student, participating in various National Moot Court Competitions, and was appointed as a Judge of the Student Constitutional Court for the year of 2016.

Marbuhal first joined NSMP in 2018, during this time he focused his services on general corporate matters, intellectual property, and industrial relations. In 2019, he joined another reputable lawfirm in Jakarta, where he gained experience handling general corporate and investment matters, mineral and coal mining, oil & gas, banking & finance, capital market, hotels and transportation, construction, commercial disputes, and arbitration cases, all for domestic and foreign entities, which also included State-Owned and Regional-Owned Enterprises. Since re-joining NSMP in 2022, Marbuhal has rendered his advisory services to clients on various complex transactions related to foreign investments, energy, banking & finance, and capital markets.

Marbuhal is fluent in English and Indonesian.
