Associates

Jenica Susanto joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (“NSMP”) as an associate in 2017. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pelita Harapan (“UPH”) in 2016, majoring in business law. Subsequently, she earned a master’s degree in Notarial Studies from UPH in 2019, with cum laude honours.

Jenica’s first professional experience with NSMP was from 2017 to 2019. She then worked at a leading Notary/PPAT office in South Jakarta for approximately two years. She is well versed in preparing deeds related to land and building titles, as well as those related to corporate actions. In addition, she has assisted clients in legal matters related to inheritance law, marriage law, and other legal needs requiring notarial services.

Jenica rejoined NSMP in 2021, where she is involved in a range of legal matters, including assisting with corporate actions, acquisitions, foreign investments, manpower, insurance, regulatory & compliance issues, and a variety of due diligence examinations for acquisition purposes. During her time at NSMP, she has also been assigned as a secondee at PT 3M Indonesia and PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk.

Jenica is an Extraordinary Member of the Indonesian Notary Association (Anggota Luar Biasa Notaris Indonesia – ALB-INI) and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).

Jenica is fluent in English and Indonesian.
