Jenica Susanto graduated from the University of Pelita Harapan (UPH) in 2016, where she majored in Business Law. She continued her studies at UPH, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Notarial Studies in 2019, graduating with cum laude honours. She has 10 years of experience in legal practice, with a particular focus on corporate actions, acquisitions, foreign investment, manpower, insurance, regulatory and compliance matters, and notarial matters.
Jenica focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including corporate actions, acquisitions, foreign investment, manpower, insurance, regulatory and compliance matters, and legal due diligence for acquisition purposes.
Her experience includes assisting clients with a range of corporate actions, acquisitions, foreign investment transactions, and legal due diligence exercises. She has also been involved in advising clients on manpower, insurance, and regulatory and compliance matters arising from their business operations in Indonesia.
Jenica has particular experience in notarial and land-related matters. During her time at a leading Notary/PPAT office in South Jakarta, she was involved in preparing deeds relating to land and building titles, as well as deeds in connection with corporate actions. She also assisted clients with matters relating to inheritance law, marriage law, and other legal matters requiring notarial services.
In addition, Jenica has been assigned as a secondee at PT 3M Indonesia and PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, where she provided legal support on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and other matters arising from their business operations.
Jenica is an Extraordinary Member of the Indonesian Notary Association (Anggota Luar Biasa Notaris Indonesia – ALB-INI) and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
Jenica is fluent in English and Indonesian.
