Ahmad Fauzi joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2023. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Islamic Law School Institute (ILSI) Jember in 2007 and is currently pursuing his Master of Laws degree at the same institution.
Ahmad focuses his practice primarily on labor and employment matters, including employment relations, corporate restructuring and reorganization, outsourcing arrangements, employment termination, and the negotiation of collective labor agreements with company labor unions. He also assists clients in resolving industrial relations disputes through bipartite and tripartite negotiations, as well as proceedings before the Industrial Relations Court.
Prior to joining NSMP, Ahmad advised a leading private television company on various employment-related matters, including a re-employment initiative involving 40 (forty) employees.
Ahmad is a Certified Corporate Legal Consultant (CCLC) and a Certified Non-Judicial Mediator (C.Med).
