Ahmad Fauzi obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Islamic Law School Institute (ILSI) Jember in 2007 and is currently pursuing his Master of Laws degree at the same institution. He has 19 years of experience in legal practice, with a particular focus on labor and employment matters.

Fauzi focuses his practice primarily on labor and employment matters, including employment relations, corporate restructuring and reorganization, outsourcing arrangements, employment termination, and the negotiation of collective labor agreements with company labor unions.

His experience includes advising clients on various employment-related matters, including employment restructuring and reorganization, outsourcing arrangements, employment termination, and the negotiation and preparation of collective labor agreements. He also assists clients in resolving industrial relations disputes through bipartite and tripartite negotiations, as well as proceedings before the Industrial Relations Court.

Prior to joining NSMP, Ahmad Fauzi advised a leading private television company on various employment-related matters, including a re-employment initiative involving 40 (forty) employees. His experience also includes advising clients on employment-related issues and assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to address workforce-related matters.

Ahmad Fauzi is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia - PERADI), a Certified Corporate Legal Consultant (CCLC) and a Certified Non-Judicial Mediator (C.Med).

Ahmad Fauzi is fluent in English and Indonesian.
