Ivonne graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, where she majored in Business and Technology Law in 2024. She has two years of experience in legal practice, with experience across technology, media and telecommunications, employment, maritime, and mergers and acquisitions matters.

Ivonne is focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, including legal due diligence, corporate actions, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters.

Her experience includes advising on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including conducting legal due diligence and assisting with corporate actions and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining NSMP, she gained experience across various practice areas, including technology, media and telecommunications, employment, maritime, and mergers and acquisitions, broadening her experience in handling complex corporate and commercial matters.

Ivonne has also been seconded to one of the largest transportation companies, where she provides on-site legal support and works closely with the client’s business and legal teams. Her work includes reviewing and advising on operational agreements and assisting in optimizing contractual arrangements to ensure legal compliance and commercial alignment.

Ivonne is a member of Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia - PERADI).

Ivonne is fluent in English and Indonesian.
