Ivonne joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Law from the University of Indonesia in 2024, majoring in business and technology law. Before joining NSMP, Ivonne gained experience across diverse practice areas such as technology, media and telecommunications, employment, maritime, and mergers & acquisitions, which broadened her perspective in handling complex corporate transactions.
Since joining the firm, she has been involved in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including legal due diligences, corporate actions, merger and acquisitions, and other matters.
She has also been seconded to one of the largest and leading transportation companies, providing on‑site legal support and strengthening client collaboration, with a focus on reviewing, advising, and optimizing operational agreements for compliance and commercial aligments.
Ivonne completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program in 2024 and passed the Advocate Professional Exam in 2025.
