Mufida Putri holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. She has six years of experience in legal practice, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency, general corporate and commercial matters, and corporate transactions.

Mufida focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial matters, restructuring and insolvency, and related transactional matters. She advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, land and property transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and other commercial arrangements.

Her experience includes advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of shares and assets, land and property transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She assists clients with transaction structuring, legal documentation, and regulatory matters arising from their business activities in Indonesia.

Mufida has substantial experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, including suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and liquidation. She has acted for both debtors and creditors and has been involved in the administration of PKPU proceedings and liquidation processes. Her experience includes advising on restructuring strategies, creditor and debtor rights, and the legal and procedural aspects of insolvency proceedings.

Mufida is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI) and the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – IKAPI).

Mufida is fluent in English and Indonesian.
