Associates

Mufida Putri joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) as an Associate in January 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. Prior to joining NSMP, Mufida practiced at several Indonesian law firms, where she gained extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency matters.

Mufida focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial matters, advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, land and property transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and other commercial arrangements.

She also has substantial experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, including suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and liquidation. Her experience encompasses matters involving both debtors and creditors, as well as engagements relating to the administration of PKPU proceedings and liquidation processes.

Mufida is a licensed advocate and a registered receiver and administrator in Indonesia. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – IKAPI). 

Mufida is fluent in  English and Indonesian .
