Several Notable Pro Bono Initiatives Undertaken by NSMP:
- SME Support & Relief: Partnered with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and Hukumonline under the Covid-19 Pro-Bono Advocate Heroism program to provide critical legal aid to small and medium enterprises.
- Legislative Advisory: Collaborated with the Indonesia Labor Law Consultant Association—at the request of the Ministry of Manpower—to provide strategic legal feedback on draft regulations implementing the Job Creation Law (Omnibus Law). Key focus areas included expatriate regulations, wage structures, manpower implementation, and Work Loss Security (JKP).
- Regulatory Reform: Advised the Jakarta Property Institute on reviewing and proposing provisions to streamline and simplify spatial licensing procedures under the amendment to DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 209/2016 in coordination with the One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (PTSP).
