Alyssa Ramadhani joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2022. She graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia in 2018, majoring in Business Law.
During her studies, Alyssa participated in a contract drafting and negotiation competition, receiving 1st place and the Best Contract Award.
Prior to joining NSMP, she worked as an intern at a financial services authority and one of the largest banks in Indonesia.
Alyssa focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial law, corporate litigation, administrative law, and bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU).
Alyssa is fluent in English and Indonesian.
