Alyssa Ramadhani graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, where she majored in Business Law in 2022. During her studies, she participated in a contract drafting and negotiation competition, where she received first place and the Best Contract Award. Prior to joining Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP), she gained experience at a financial services authority and one of the largest banks in Indonesia. She has four years of experience in legal practice.
Alyssa focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial matters, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang – “PKPU”), corporate litigation, and administrative and regulatory law. She advises and represents clients including state-owned enterprises, regional-owned enterprises, financial institutions, and private companies across infrastructure, property, financial services, telecommunications, and other regulated sectors.
Alyssa has substantial experience in PKPU proceedings, having acted for both administrators and debtors. Her experience includes assisting administrators in major PKPU proceedings involving Indonesian companies in the engineering, procurement and construction, aviation, and trading sectors. She has been involved throughout the proceedings, including in connection with creditor verification, negotiations with creditors, preparation and approval of composition plans, and homologation proceedings.
On the debtor side, Alyssa has represented an Indonesian state-owned telecommunications and digital company in a PKPU proceeding. Her work included advising the debtor on issues arising during the PKPU process, preparing the composition plan, supporting negotiations with creditors, and assisting in creditor verification, composition plan, and voting meetings.
In the public and infrastructure sectors, Alyssa regularly advises a regional-owned enterprise of the Provincial Government of Jakarta on its day-to-day legal matters. Her work includes advising on regional capital participation and government assignments, as well as legal matters relating to strategic public-sector and infrastructure projects, including an urban rail transportation project and the development and revitalization of a major cultural and creative arts complex in Jakarta.
Alyssa has also advised on land acquisition transactions, including representing a purchaser in connection with the acquisition of a substantial landholding in West Bandung Regency for the development of an integrated area comprising residential, commercial, tourism, and supporting infrastructure facilities. Her broader corporate and commercial experience includes advising clients on transaction structures, regulatory requirements, and legal matters arising from their business and investment activities in Indonesia.
