Ahmad Hanif is one of the associates in Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP). He graduated from the University of Pancasila with a degree in law in 2010. He continued his study at the University of Indonesia where he obtained a Master of Law degree in 2014. He joined NSMP in 2018.
He focuses his practice on the general corporate and commercial law, land, and property, industrial relations, administrative law, arbitration, corporate litigation, bankruptcy and the suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) process, and criminal litigation. During his career as a legal consultant, he has represented financial companies in the suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) processes, represented clients in unlawful acts and in breach of contract disputes. He also has represented various clients in industrial relations disputes.
In addition, he also has represented and assisted a public-listed infrastructure company in conducting a right issue and assisting it in the legal due diligence.
Hanif is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
