Ahmad Hanif is a legal professional with more than 15 years of experience practicing legal services. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Pancasila and a Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia.
He focuses his practice on general corporate and commercial law, land and property matters, industrial relations, administrative law, arbitration, corporate litigation, bankruptcy, and suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), as well as criminal litigation.
During his career as a legal consultant, Hanif has represented financial companies in PKPU proceedings and represented clients in unlawful acts and breach of contract disputes. He has also represented various clients in industrial relations disputes. In addition, he has represented and assisted a publicly listed infrastructure company in conducting a rights issuance and preparing its legal due diligence.
Hanif is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
Hanif is fluent in English and Indonesian.
