Ahmad Hanif joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2018. He graduated from the University of Pancasila with a degree in law in 2010. Hanif continued his studies at the University of Indonesia where he obtained a Master of Law in 2014.
He focuses his practice on general corporate and commercial law, land and property matters, industrial relations, administrative law, arbitration, corporate litigation, bankruptcy, and the suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) process, and criminal litigation. During his career as a legal consultant, he has represented financial companies in the PKPU process and represented clients in unlawful acts and in breach of contract disputes. He also has represented various clients in industrial relations disputes.
Additionally, Hanif has also represented and assisted a publicly listed infrastructure company in conducting a rights issuance and compiling their legal due diligence.
Hanif is fluent in English and Indonesian. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
