Merdithia first joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2019 and stayed until 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Law in 2019 from the University of Indonesia, majoring in business law. Since joining NSMP in 2022, Merdithia has been actively involved in a variety of projects, with a focus on general corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to rejoining NSMP, Merdithia worked as a legal officer at a technology company, where he was involved in numerous cooperation projects including intellectual property.

Merdithia’s experience includes assisting on an acquisition for a construction company, which included the preparation and perfection of transaction documents, assisting in the financing of an Indonesian company, and advising an Indonesian company, engaging in the technology sector, on cross-border data transfers.

He has also assisted in legal due diligence for a mining company, advised a state-owned enterprise on general corporate matters, and advised and assisted clients with different business interests in the establishment of limited liability companies and foreign investment companies, including obtaining the necessary licenses.

Merdithia is fluent in English and Indonesian.
