Diki Andikusumah joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2009 and became Partner in 2020. He graduated from Faculty of Law of Trisakti University in 2003, where he majored in commercial law and earned his Master of Law (LLM) in 2009 from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
Diki Andikusumah focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets, consumer goods, and general corporate/commercial matters. He is one of the go-to person for real estate property matters. Some of his experience are including assissting clients in the acquisition process of lands and buildings, assisting bulk sales of apartment units, exercising land due diligence, assisting companies in the land title registration process, advising clients relating to the requirements and licenses of hotel management, assisting in the establishment of property company, preparing and drafting the template of lease agreements, as well as furnishing legal opinion with respect of property transactions.
He acted for a broad range of significant foreign and domestic clients in numerous mergers & acquisitions projects namely, shares and assets acquisition projects of Indonesian property developer companies, mining companies, and oil and gas drilling company with complex structures as he was in charge for preparing the transaction structures and the transaction documents, exercising due diligence, as well as setting up foreign-investment limited liability companies.
He also frequently advises clients on any corporate matters related to their business activities in Indonesia, construction matters, commercial disputes, industrial relation disputes, intellectual property disputes, civil and criminal cases, and banking and finance matters. He was active in pro-bono works, including assisting Jakarta Property Institute in revising and advising a draft of governor regulation Number 129/2018 regarding the of the Spatial Licensing and Recommendation with One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) of DKI Jakarta.
On 2019, he received an Award as “Indonesia Rising Stars Lawyers 2019” by Asian Legal Business (ALB).
Diki Andikusumah is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia), a member of the Indonesian Law Consultant Association (Ikatan Penasehat Hukum Indonesia), and a member of the Data Privacy Professional Association Indonesia (Asosiasi Profesional Privasi Data Indonesia).
