Sutrisno is one of the associates in Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP). He graduated from Alauddin State Islamic University in 2017 with a cum laude predicate.
He focuses his practice on civil and criminal litigation, corporate litigation, industrial relations, land and property, family law, and bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) process. During his career as a legal consultant, Sutrisno has been involved in several transactions and issues relating to corporate litigation and suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) process. He has represented a number of clients in unlawful act disputes and breach of contract disputes, one of them is representing an Indonesian bank in reconsideration process regarding breach of the credit facility agreement. He also has represented a client to charge pay back the embezzlement fund against its employee. In addition to his expertise, he also has been involved in conducting legal due diligence towards a public-listed infrastructure company.
During his college years, Sutrisno got a scholarship from the Governor of South Sulawesi. He also interned in an independent state institution.
Sutrisno is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. He has passed the Indonesian Advocates Exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI)
