Soraya Virajati Amalia joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2017. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Indonesia in 2017, majoring in business law.

Amalia provides advice and assistance for both domestic and international clients in various business sectors. Amalia focuses her practice on general corporate commercial, land and property, corporate litigation, industrial relations, bankruptcy, and financing.

Amalia has been involved in a number of transactions related to banking and finance such as representing a Toll Road Business Entity (Badan Usaha Jalan Tol - BUJT) as the debtor in a conventional and sharia syndicated loan facility from numerous banks. On land and property, Amalia assisted various property companies in land acquisition and performing legal due diligence. While on restructuring and bankruptcy processes, she also represented several companies. On general corporate, Amalia assisted private and public companies regarding general corporate matters. On dispute resolution, Amalia represented mining/textile and property companies. Related to industrial relations disputes, Amalia represented public and banking companies in the industrial dispute processes. On acquisition, Amalia represented both local and foreign companies in the acquisition process and performed legal due diligence. Related to the capital market, Amalia assisted a public company in the right issue and performing legal due diligence towards the company and its subsidiaries.

Amalia is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
