Ernama Santi joined Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners (NSMP) in 2018. Erna gained her Bachelor of Law from Diponegoro University in 2017 with predicate as the best graduate of faculty of law. During her law study, Erna was involved in law competition among others legal debate, scientific papers, and legislative drafting.
Erna rendered legal advice to clients on general corporate and commercial transactions, acquisitions, capital investment, insurance, labor and employment, and industrial relation disputes.
Related to corporate, commercial, and acquisition, among others, Erna assisted a local property company in the issuance of a mandatory convertible bond, assisted in the acquisition of a local company, and was involved in advising local and foreign companies on the acquisition structure. Erna was also involved in advising listed companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange related to information disclosure, affiliated transaction, conflict of interest, and material transaction. On labor and employment, Erna assisted the multinational ride-hailing company and its subsidiaries in establishing the company regulations and legalization of the company regulations to the relevant manpower office. She represented the multinational company in the mediation process in relation to the employment termination. Erna also assisted several clients in the termination of employment and preparing the required documents.
Erna is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI). She is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
